Title
Resolution relative to determination of Special Use Permit for an outdoor patio/extension of premise at Buffalo Wild Wings, an existing restaurant, located at 2950 S. 108 St., within a portion of the Southtown Plaza Shopping Center.

WHEREAS, Paul Berlin/Oscar Inc., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, duly filed with the City Administrative Officer-Clerk/Treasurer an application for a special use permit, pursuant to Sec. 12.43(2) and Sec. 12.16 of the Revised Municipal Code, for an outdoor patio/extension of premise at Southtown Plaza, located at 2950 S. 108 St. for the existing bar and restaurant; and,

WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing was held by the Common Council on May 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., in the Common Council Chamber to consider the application; and,

WHEREAS, the Common Council, having carefully considered the evidence presented at the public hearing and the following pertinent facts noted:

1. The applicant, Paul Berlin/Oscar Inc., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, has an office on site at 411 East Verona Ave., Verona, WI 53593.

2. The applicant leases the tenant space on the Southtown Plaza Shopping Center property at 2950 S. 108 St., West Allis, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

All the land of the owner being located in the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, described as follows:

Lot 2 of the Certified Survey Map No. 7411.

Said land being located at 2906-2990 S 108 ST | 519-0339-020

3. The applicant is proposing to establish/construct an outdoor patio/extension of premise at Southtown Plaza, located at 2950 S. 108 St. for the existing bar and restaurant.
