Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the North Side of the 6500 Block of W. Lapham St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Lapham St.

Block:  6500

Side:  North

Restriction:  No Parking 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, from May 1 to December 1.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
