Resolution accepting work of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in W. Grant St. from S. 55 St.-S. 60 St.; S. 57 St. from W. Mobile St.-W. Grant St.; W. Rogers St. from S. 53 St.-S. 56 St.; W. Washington St. from S. 96 St. to S. 97 St. in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2007 Project No. 5.

WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
LaLonde Contractors, Inc. - 2007 Project No. 5
for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in:
West Grant Street from South 55th Street to South 60th Street
South 57th Street from West Mobile Street to West Grant Street
West Rogers Street from South 53rd Street to South 56th Street
West Washington Street from South 96th Street to South 97th Street
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
