Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Traffic & Parking Control Co. for furnishing LED traffic signal lamps for a total sum of $26,196.90.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received proposals for furnishing LED traffic signal lamps for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Traffic & Parking Control Co. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated December 11, 2003 submitted by Traffic & Parking Control Co. for furnishing various LED traffic signal lamps for a total net sum of $26,196.90 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
