TITLE
Resolution accepting work of United Sewer & Water, Inc. for sanitary spot relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and adjustments in S. 122 St. from W. Oklahoma Ave. to W. Holt Ave. and S. 121 St. from approximately 300' north of W. Burdick Ave. to W. Ohio Ave. in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing payment of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2003 Project No. 11.
BODY
WHEREAS, United Sewer & Water, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
