Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on the South Side of the 8200 Block of W. Orchard Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Orchard Street

Block:  West 220 ft. of the 8200 Block

Side:  South

Restriction:  Repeal No Parking Restrictions

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
