Title

Resolution relative to acquiring Revised Municipal Code supplements and services from General Code for a total sum not to exceed $10,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The City Clerk/Treasurer's Office has requested acquiring Revised Municipal Code supplements and services from General Code for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, The City Clerk/Treasurer's Office of the Department of Administration & Finance has determined that this contract is inappropriate for competitive selection because of the compatibility of the supplement service with the current services provided by this company since 2000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with General Code for providing Revised Municipal Code electronic and hard copy supplements and services for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
