Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Camera Corner, Inc. for furnishing and installing two (2) Digital Video Servers for a total sum of $25,568.40.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that is has received a proposal for two (2) Digital Video Servers for the Communication Office of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Camera Corner, Inc. be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated June 29, 2015 submitted by Camera Corner, Inc. for two (2) Leightronix HD/SD-SDI Video Server/Automation Controller UltraNEXUS-HD Blade for $8300.00 each; one (1) Leightronix UltraNEXUS-HD Blade Chassis for $3320.00; five (5) pks Leightronix Blade Chassis Blank Panel Plate for $40 pack; one (1) 4TB NAS RAID External Hard Disc Array for $3730.00, one (1) 8-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch for $506.52 and installation for $1211.88 for a total net sum of $25,568.40 all in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 1285 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
