WHEREAS, MJ Construction, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the milling of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, storm sewer, and utility adjustments:

 S. 63^rd St.:  W. Beloit Rd. to W. Lincoln Ave.

 W. Burnham St.: S. 82^nd St. to S. 84^th St.

 W. Bennett Ave.: S. 74^th St. to W/O S. 74^th St.

 W. Wildwood Terr.: S. 99^th St. E/O S. 99^th St.

 W. Wildwood Ct.: S. 99^th St. to W/O S. 99^th St.
