Lapham St. Ext. from S. 72 St. to S. 73rd St., S. 72 St. from W. Lapham St. Ext. to W. National Ave. and S. 73 St. from W. Lapham St. to W. National Ave. in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2014 Project No. 9.

WHEREAS, Willkomm Excavating & Grading, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the installation of sanitary sewer relay, box storm sewer, storm sewer, and utility adjustments:
West Lapham Street Ext. from South 72 Street to South 73rd Street
South 72 Street from West Lapham Street Ext. to West National Avenue
South 73 Street from West Lapham Street to West National Avenue

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
