Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6648, as amended, establishing the salaries of certain employees in the Labor Service of the City of West Allis for the Years 2002-2005 (Water Division Lead Person).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachments to Part III and Part IV of Salary Ordinance No. 6648, as amended, (Attachments 3-5) shall be amended to add a new position to the salary range (Schedule R and Schedule P) as follows:

T-5 (L-28)                     Water Division Lead Person

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2004 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
