Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Northern Sewer Equipment Co. Inc. for furnishing and installing one (1) truck mounted sewer jetter for a total sum of $104,813.25.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for one (1) truck mounted sewer jetter for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Northern Sewer Equipment Co. Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 8, 2006 submitted by Northern Sewer Equipment Co. Inc. for furnishing and installing one (1) 2006 Sewer Equipment Co. of America model 800-HPR truck mounted sewer jetter for a total net sum of $104,813.25 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP908 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
