Title

Ordinance to Amend Subsection 2.19(8)(b) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to  Deposit Amounts for Violation of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Sections 13.28(9) and 13.28(10).

The Common Council of the City of West Allis does ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 2.019(8)(b) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read as follows:

2.19                     Municipal Judge

(b)  Schedule of Deposits. The basic amounts of the deposits established pursuant to Sec. 800.03(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes are set forth below for convenient reference and shall be accompanied by any penalty assessments, costs and surcharges applicable by law.
