WHEREAS, Polacheck Co. Inc. submitted a request for a Certified Survey Map for property located at 1700, 1706, 1716, 1729, 1726, 1730 and 1800 S. 92 St.; 1701 and 15** S. 91 St.

BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being a redivision of all of Lots 2 and 3 and part of Lot 4 in Block 3 in Assessor's Plat No. 255, being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
