Resolution amending Preliminary Resolution No. R-2004-0043 adopted by the Common Council on February 18, 2004, to change the western limits of the sidewalk improvement program from S. 92 St. to S. 84 St.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Preliminary Resolution No. R-2004-0043 adopted by the Common Council on February 18, 2004, is hereby amended to read the general area bounded by W. Burnham St., W. Cleveland Ave., S. 78 St. and S. 84 St. by replacement or repair of concrete sidewalk at random locations.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Preliminary Resolution No.

R-2004-0043 shall be and remain in full force and effect.
