Title

An Ordinance to Create Subsection 7.032(4)(e) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Prohibiting Smoking at the Liberty Heights Pool.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Subsection 7.032(4)(e) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:

7.32                     SMOKING PROHIBITION IN CERTAIN AREAS.

(4)                       Prohibition Against Smoking.  No person may smoke in any of the following:

(e)                     Within the pool area at the Liberty Heights Pool.  The pool area shall include the entire area inside the chain-link fencing. 

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
