Resolution accepting work of Zignego Company, Inc. for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments in W. Lapham Street from S. 84 Street to S. 92 Street in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2003 Project No. 27

WHEREAS, Zignego Company, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Zignego Company, Inc. - 2003 Project No. 27
for the concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments in W. Lapham Street from S. 84 Street to S. 92 Street
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
