Resolution to rescind Resolution No. R-2013-0120 and to approve the Certified Survey Map to combine the residential lot located at 713 S. 98 St. (Tax Key No. 443-0396-004) with the adjoining vacant lot to the north (Tax Key No. 443-0396-003), submitted by Matthew Ribbeck, property owner.

WHEREAS, on September 17, 2013 Resolution No. R-2013-0120 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, approving a Certified Survey Map to combine the residential lot located at 713 S. 98 St. (Tax Key No. 443-0396-004) with the adjoining vacant lot to the north (Tax Key No. 443-0396-003), submitted by Matthew Ribbeck, property owner; and,
WHEREAS, the previous Certified Survey Map (Resolution No. R-2013-0120 adopted September 17, 2013) was not recorded with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds within the required thirty (30) days of Common Council approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. R-2013-0120 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to Section 12.80(1)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
