Title

An Ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0008 establishing the salaries of certain employees in the Health Department [change perimeter (P) to non-resident (NR), and  Community Health Nutritionists I and II].

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Attachment 1 to Part I and Attachment 2 to Part II of Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0008 shall be amended as noted:

•      Change all references to Schedule P (perimeter) to Schedule NR (non-resident).

•      Add Community Health Nutritionist I to N-5 (R & NR).

•      Add Community Health Nutritionist II to N-6 (R & NR).

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
