Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis Sanitary Sewer Utility is in need of capital financing for calendar year 2008.

RESOLVED that the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 by issuing its general obligation bonds for the public purpose of financing sanitary sewer improvements.
