Title

Resolution authorizing the Health Commissioner to utilize grant funding received from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for Training within the Environmental Division in the amount of $3,000

 

Body

WHEREAS, the FDA administers the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards Grant Program; and

 

WHEREAS, due to a limited time duration of the application submission process with the FDA, the Health Department applied for and received funding, per Attachment, for additional training for use as part of the Retail Standards Grant Program.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of West Allis, hereby authorizes the Health Commissioner to utilize grant funding received from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for Training Opportunities within the Environmental Division in the amount of $3,000.
