Title
An Ordinance to amend the Official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning a portion of the properties located at 2563-2601-25-65-73-75 S. 108 St. and 2677 S. 108 St. (future outlot for Chick-fil-A) from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-4 Regional Commercial District (Tax Key Nos. 484-9986-012 and 484-9986-005).

Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-4 Regional Commercial District to-wit:

A tract of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Parcel 2, Certified Survey Map No. 4282; thence North 12?45'54" East, 196.59 feet; thence North 00?45'21" West, 156.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 00?45'21" West, 96.50 feet; thence North 89?41'11" East, 72.50 feet; thence South 00?45'21" East, 96.50 feet; thence South 89?41'11" West, 72.50 feet , to the Point of Beginning.

Said land contains 0.16 Acres.

Said land located at: A portion of 2563-2601-25-65-73-75 S. 108 St. and a portion of 2677 S. 108 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-4 Regional Commercial District.

Tax Key Numbers: 484-9986-012 and 484-9986-0005

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon completion of each of the following actions:

a. Common Council approval of the certified survey map dividing/splitting the subject property.
b. Publication and passage of the ordinance.
