Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of FFF Enterprises Inc. for furnishing and delivering 300 vials of Flu Vaccine for a total sum of $35,160.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering 300/10 dose vials of influenza vaccine for 2007/08 for the Health Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of FFF Enterprises, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by FFF Enterprises Inc. for furnishing 200 vials of Fluzone and 100 vials of Fluviron at $117.20/vial for a total sum of $35,160.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid vaccine.
