National Ave. to W. Cleveland Ave.; S. 101st St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to 158' S/O W. Maple St. and S. 100th St. from W. Schlinger Ave. to W. Walker St. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $845,950.00.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for 2014 Project No. 10 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for 2014 Project No. 10 for the asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer, and utility adjustments in:
S. 101st Street: W. National Avenue to W. Cleveland Avenue
S. 101st Street: W. Greenfield Avenue to 158' S/O W. Maple Street
S. 100th Street: W. Schlinger Avenue to W. Walker Street
PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1195, SP-1196, S-1502, W-1329, X-835, X-836
for the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100 dollars ($845,950.00)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,
