Title

Ordinance to rescind parking restrictions on the north side of W. Hayes Ave. from S. 107^th St. to the alley west of S. 107^th St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: W. Hayes Avenue

Block: S. 107^th Street to the Alley West of S. 107^th Street

Side: North

Restriction: Remove:  2-Hour Parking, 8am-6pm, Except Sunday

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
