WHEREAS, Aaron Parks, d/b/a Rettler Corporation and Kurt Wachholz, d/b/a WA-WM School District, submitted a Certified Survey Map to define property located at 11601 W. Lincoln Ave. & 2606-10 S. 117 St.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, and part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
