Title

Ordinance to Create Section 9.02(23) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Alcoholic Beverages.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Section 9.02(23) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:

9.02  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

(23)      Late Fees. Any application for renewal of licenses submitted after April 30 shall be subject to the applicable late fee listed below and shall be paid to the City Clerk for deposit with the City Treasurer prior to issuance of the license:  

(a)      Class B Beer:  $50.

(b)      Class B Liquor:  $50.

(c)      Combination Class B Beer & Liquor:  $100.

(d)      Class A Beer:  $50.

(e)      Class A Liquor:  $50.

(f)      Combination Class A Beer & Liquor:  $100.

(g)      Class C:  $50.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
