TITLE

Accepting work of Henry R. Marohl, Inc., for the selective demolition of the Liberty Heights Wading Pool at Liberty Heights Park located at the southeast corner of S. 62 St. and W. Orchard St. and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2002 Project No. 20.

BODY

WHEREAS, Henry R. Marohl, Inc., has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Henry R. Marohl, Inc. - 2002 Project No. 20

for selective demolition of the Liberty Heights Wading Pool, including concrete saw cutting, removal of concrete pool, removal of plumbing below concrete pool area, removal of chain link fence and fence poles, storm sewer inlet protection and temporary chain link fencing in:

Liberty Heights Park

Southeast Corner of S. 62 St. and W. Orchard St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
