Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by new concrete construction and concrete reconstruction in S. 88 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Grant St.; S. Orleans Ave. from S. 88 St. to W. Stuth Ave.; and North/South Alley between S. 71 St., S. 72 St., W. Cleveland Ave. and W. Harrison Ave. (portions in West Allis, combined project with City of Milwaukee) and levying special assessments against benefited properties.

WHEREAS, Public necessity requires the improvement of a certain streets and alley as hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received final plans and specifications for such proposed improvements; and,
WHEREAS, A hearing has been conducted pursuant to Sec. 66.0703(7) of the Wisconsin Statutes; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council finds that each property against which the assessments are proposed is benefited by the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the final plans and specifications heretofore submitted for the improvement of:
S. 88 St. from W. Becher St. to W. Grant St. (Plan File No. SP-1143), by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous walk, miscellaneous driveway repair, storm sewer, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments; and
S. Orleans Ave. from S. 88 St. to W. Stuth Ave. (Plan File No. SP-1141), by new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete construction with miscellaneous walk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments; and
North/South Alley between S. 71 St., S. 72 St., W. Cleveland Ave. and W. Harrison Ave. (portions in West Allis, combined project with City of Milwaukee) (Plan File No. AP-414), by removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
