WHEREAS, Poblocki Paving Corporation has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Poblocki Paving Corporation - 2019 Project No. 5

for construction of an asphalt parking lot, permeable interlocking concrete pavement system, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, pavement marking, landscaping and utility adjustments in:

West Allis Public Library Parking Lot

7421 West National Avenue

And

West Allis Downtown Parking Lot

Located Between S. 72^nd Street and S. 73^rd Street,

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
