Resolution rejecting all bids received as shown on the attached bid report for Roof Replacement at Police Satellite Station, 2024 Project No. 25.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for Roof Replacement at Police Satellite Station as hereinafter described; and that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reviewed and does hereby recommend and deem it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that all bids for 2024 Project No. 25 be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that all bids for 2024 Project No. 25 for Roof Replacement at Police Satellite Station be hereby rejected and the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to place said installation plans and specifications on file and funding be moved to 2025 budget.
