Title

Resolution to transfer $15,000 from the Contingency Fund to the Public Works Building Account to replace a boiler at the Police/Court Building.

Body

WHEREAS, one of the two boilers at the Police/Court Center is in need of emergency replacement; and,

WHEREAS, funds were not budgeted in the Public Works budget in 2007 for such replacement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that $15,000 is hereby approved to be transferred from the Contingency Fund to the Public Works Department Building Account to replace said boiler at the Police/Court Center.
