Title

Resolution approving the 2005 Memorandum of Understanding and the 2006 Addendum for Basic Life Services for the Provision of BLS Medical Control between the City of West Allis and Milwaukee County.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis Police & Fire Commission on January 20, 2005, approved a one-year Memorandum of Understanding with Milwaukee County for Basic Life Services for the Provision of BLS Medical Control; and,

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis Police & Fire Commission on February 16, 2006, approved a one-year extension to that MOU; and,

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Common Council to approve the original MOU and the one-year extension.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached 2005 MOU and the attached 2006 Addendum for Basic Life Services for the Provision of BLS Medical Control, be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute the 2006 Addendum on behalf of the City.
