Title

Resolution declaring Forks and Corks scheduled for September 9, 2011 at the West Allis Farmer's Market between 4:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. as a Community Event.

Body

WHEREAS, the West Allis West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce, plan to celebrate Forks and Corks at the West Allis Farmer's Market that will include wine, beer, and food tasting; and  

WHEREAS, Forks and Corks is scheduled for September 9, 2011, between 4:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., at the West Allis Farmer's Market located at 6501 W. National Avenue.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of West Allis declares Forks and Corks as a community event and permits smoking and the possession and consumption of fermented malt beverages and wine at the Farmer's Market boundaries on September 9, 2011 between 4:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
