Resolution accepting work of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for interim and minor street resurfacing, storm sewer relay, storm sewer spot relay, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer spot relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in various locations in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2009 Project No. 12.

WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Payne & Dolan, Inc. - 2009 Project No. 12
for interim and minor street resurfacing, storm sewer relay, storm sewer spot relay, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer spot relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
S. 77 St. from Union Pacific Railroad to W. Hicks St.
S. 65 St. from W. Revere Pl. to W. Beloit Road
S. 66 St. from W. Revere Pl. to W. Beloit Road
S. Livingston Terr. from S. 67 Pl. to W. Beloit Road
W. Grant St. from S. Livingston Terr. to S. 68 St.
W. Revere Pl. from W. McGeoch Ave. to S. Livingston Terr.
W. Oconto Pl. from W. McGeoch Ave. to S. 65 St.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
