WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for Water Tower Reconditioning at S. 116 St. and W. Rogers St. as hereinafter described; and that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reviewed and does hereby recommend and deem it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that all bids for 2006 Project No. 16 be rejected;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that all bids for 2006 Project No. 16 for Water Tower Reconditioning at S. 116 St. and W. Rogers St. be hereby rejected and the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to place said installation plans and specifications on file.
