An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the following West Allis Municipal Parking Lots: 63 Northeast, 64 Northeast and 64 Northwest.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following Parking Restrictions are established:
Municipal Parking Lot 63 Northeast
Description: Lots 20, 21 and 22 in Block 6 of a Resubdivision of Soldiers Home Heights Company Subdivision
Restriction: Row 1, 2, 3 and 4: 2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM Except by Permit
Municipal Parking Lot 64 Northeast
Description: North 10 Feet of Lot 23, all of Lots 24, 25, 26 and South 15 Feet of Lot 27 in Block 5 of Resubdivision of Soldiers Home Heights Company Subdivision
Restriction: Row 1, 2, 3 and 4: 2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM Except by Permit
Municipal Parking Lot 64 Northwest
Description: Lot 9 and the North 20 Feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North 20 Feet of the East 10 Feet of Lot 4 of Block 1 of First Cont. of Soldiers Home Heights Subdivision
Restriction: Row 1 and 2: 2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
