Title

An Ordinance to Establish the Salary of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis for the Four-Year Term of April 20, 2004 through April 14, 2008.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis elected on or after April 6, 2004, for the four-year term of April 20, 2004 through April 14, 2008, shall be as follows:

April 20, 2004 through April 14, 2008:   Bi-Weekly, $269.00; Annual, $6,994.00

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect April 20, 2004, and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
