Resolution to approve bid of State Contractors, Inc. for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain, building services and utility adjustments in various alleys within the City of West Allis in the amount of $603,608.50.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of State Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 9 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of State Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 9 for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain, building services and utility adjustments in:
1. North/South and East/West alley: S. 91st St - S. 92nd St.: W. Montana Ave - W. Dakota St.
