Resolution ordering preliminary plans and specifications together with a schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of various alleys in the City of West Allis by removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, building services, utility adjustments and storm underdrain and two alleys by asphalt resurfacing of the alley pavement.

WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve the alleys as hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis:
