Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ehlers & Associates for furnishing Financial Advising Services for the period 1/1/10 through 12/31/12 for an estimated sum of $81,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing Financial Advising Services for the Finance Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, Ehlers & Associates was rated number one by all interviewers/graders; and,

WHEREAS, Ehlers & Associates will be able to provide the City a complete service package, expertise in required fields and a mutually beneficial relationship; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ehlers & Associates be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted November 22, 2009 by Ehlers & Associates for furnishing Financial Advising Services for a 3-year period for an estimated sum of $81,000.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP #1054 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
