Resolution to set fee schedule for post-construction storm water management per Section 11.19 of the Revised Municipal Code for the City of West Allis.

WHEREAS, in 2004, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued a WPDES Stormwater Permit to the City of West Allis; and,
WHEREAS, Earth Tech is currently contracted to continue to assist the City in reviewing storm water management plan submittals and annual inspections required under the City's storm water ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the Storm Water ordinance specifies that fees shall be established by the Common Council based on a fee schedule recommended by the City Engineer and revised as needed by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the fees charged by the City's consultant for review of storm water management plan submittal and annual inspections shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer and passed through to the property owner along with fifteen percent (15%) added to that amount for general administration and review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for those plan submittals and annual inspections that the City Engineer determines that can be done in-house by City staff the fee shall be actual costs as determined by the City Engineer along with fifteen percent (15%) added to that amount for general administration.
