BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Resolution No. R-2003-1037 adopted as amended by the Common Council on April 15, 2003, is hereby amended to read:

General Construction Costs                                      $2,684,738

Sales Tax Savings                                                     $     33,738

Net General Construction Cost                                 $2,650,970

Contingency; Allowances for Owner Costs; and

   Equipment and Appliances                                    $   284,830

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No. R-2003-0137 shall be and remain in full force and effect.
