WHEREAS, Capitol Pavers, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for street construction, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in W. Grant St. from S. 68^th St. to S. 76^th St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
