Title

Ordinance to repeal and recreate Sec. 11.18 of the West Allis Municipal Code to reference the West Allis Schedule of Fees

Body

Whereas, the City of West Allis created and adopted a Schedule of Fees on February 18, 2019; and

Whereas, all fees shall be listed in the Schedule of Fees instead of the Municipal Code.

Now, therefore, the Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Code Revision.  Section 11.18 of the Municipal Code is repealed and recreated to read as follows:

11.18.   Permit Fee Schedule.

Before receiving any permit under this Chapter, the application fee shall be paid.  The fees shall be established within the most current Schedule of Fees resolution.

Part 2.  Inconsistent Law Repealed.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 3.  Severability.  The provisions of this ordinance are severable.  If any provision of this ordinance is invalid, or if the application of this ordinance to any person or circumstance is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

Part 4.  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
