Resolution to approve bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in W. Montana Ave. from S. 84th St. to S. 88th St., S. 85th St. from W. Montana Ave. to S. Osage Ave. and W. Durham Ave. from S. 90th St. to S. Orleans Ave. in the City of West Allis, in the amount of $1,431,126.74.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2015 Project No. 5 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2015 Project No. 5 for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
West Montana Avenue from South 84th Street to South 88th Street
South 85th Street from West Montana Avenue to South Osage Avenue
West Durham Avenue from South 90th Street to South Orleans Avenue
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1207, SP-1208, SP-1209, S-1538, S-1539, S-1540, U-2594, U-2595,
U-2596, X-843, X-844, X-845, I-991C)
for the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Thirty-One Thousand, One Hundred Twenty-Six and 74/100 dollars ($1,431,126.74)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordan...
