Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Impact Network, LLC for furnishing and delivering managed print services for a total sum of $43,664.64.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it duly processed a request for quote for furnishing managed print services for the Information Technology & Communications Department in 2013; and,
WHEREAS, the initial contract for providing service for the Health Department, Library and City Hall was for 3 years; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution R-2013-0263 was approved for the initial three year contract; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Impact Network, LLC be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Impact Network LLC for furnishing managed print services to the Health, Library and City Hall for a 5-year period for $3,638.72 a month for a total one year cost of $43,664.64 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Information Technology & Communications Department be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
