Title

Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 6177, which pertains to a 3-Way Stop at the intersection of S. 85 St. and W. McMyron St., and to establish Yield Right of Way to Eastbound and Westbound Traffic.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Ordinance No. 6177, passed August 15, 1995, which pertains to a 3-Way Stop at the intersection of South 85 Street and West McMyron Street, is hereby repealed and recreated as follows:

Yield Right of Way to Eastbound and Westbound Traffic at the intersection of South 85 Street and West McMyron Street.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
