Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing and delivering Video Storage Controllers for a total sum of $26,864.84

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it has received proposals for Video Storage Controllers for the Information Technology Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated September 21, 2015 submitted by GHA Technologies, Inc. for four (4) Promise Technology dual controllers for $10,690.60; four (4) LSI MegaRAID SAS9280-4i4e storage controllers for $2,556.96 and sixty-four (64) WD 4TB hard drives for $13,617.28 for a total net sum of $26,864.84 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 3400 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
