Title

Resolution relative to City of West Allis continued participation in the State of Wisconsin Local Government Property Insurance Fund.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis has insured its properties, contents, vehicles, and equipment through the State of Wisconsin Local Government Property Insurance Fund (LGPIF); and,

WHEREAS, the LGPIF has been requested by its auditor to obtain new, updated resolutions of participation from all members.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that from and after the 1^st day of June, 2007, the buildings and other property belonging to the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, be insured in the Local Government Property Insurance Fund, under Chapter 605, Wis. Stats., and amendments thereto.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, is hereby directed to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
